Curious Adaptations is a game made to promote creative problem solving for a brighter future. This group project was completed as a part of the UTS Shopfront Community Program, housed within the Centre for Social Justice & Inclusion. My role within the team was co-leading design sprints, conducting user testing workshops, communicating with stakeholders of varying design expertise and ensuring our project stayed aligned to strategic brand positioning outcomes.

Our client was SENSiBiLiZER, an LX design startup with a goal of designing new solutions for sustainability transition. After an initial briefing with our client, we defined the purpose of this project as raising awareness for biodiversity loss and promoting behaviour change through systems thinking.

For this project I facilitated and led design sprints involving:
→ Problem framing
→ Brainstorming
→ Roadmapping
→ Storyboarding
→ Role playing
→ Prototyping

In addition, I also completed the following:
→ Composed the majority of the content for the prompt cards.
→ Created the strategic roadmap for the project deliverable.
→ Assisted with illustrating the ecology cards.

The final prototype we created included:
x20 Ecology cards
x20 Prompts cards
x1 Instruction card
x1 Product packaging
