Northcott


Case study, strategy design, UX research, UX & copywriting.

For this university assignment our brief was provided by Northcott, a not-for-profit disability service provider. The challenge was that the introduction of the NDIS (national disability insurance scheme) decreases Northcott’s ability to provide services due to the shift in funding distribution between individuals, organisations, and government. Our project had to address ways in which Northcott could secure additional funding.

My design response focused on developing a strategy for a corporate partnership program, with the intent of cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with like-minded people. The value proposition of the program would be Northcott’s extensive wisdom of diverse, inclusive and accessible lived experiences, delivered through workshops and training opportunities.

My design response includes:
