For this university assignment we were asked to conceptualise a speculative app that engaged with the notion of a quantified self through self-tracking and data visualisation.

The final outcome is an app that leverages self-tracking to empower users to spend money more intentionally and increase their financial wellbeing.

Through the process of this project I learnt that I’m most engaged in briefs that facilitate a positive social impact. This project was heavily informed by an extensive qualitative research phase where I found that people my age had little awareness or understanding of financial literacy, which resulted in financial anxiety.
